Ingredients Buttermilk Soak 3 c. buttermilk 2 tbsp. kosher salt 1 tbsp. black pepper 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 lbs. medium chicken wings, thighs & drumsticks Beer Batter 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tsp. kosher salt 2 tsp. black pepper 2 ¼ c. lager or pilsner beer Directions In large bowl mix buttermilk, salt, black pepper and cayenne.
